How does the return process work?

Please always contact us at help@sablebrew.com before sending your product back so we can let you know how everything works.


What if I don’t like what I bought?

Free 30 day Returns for unused products. 

If you don’t like the product for whatever reason, contact us for an exchange or refund. We will provide you a return shipping label. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Also, make sure to include all manuals and accessories. As soon as we get the product back, we will refund you 100% of the original purchase price. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on items not bought directly from Sable Brew. 


What if my product has a defect/arrived broken?

Sable Brew provides coffee equipment that is built to last. We stand behind our products 100%. We ensure all our products are carefully tested with high standard quality control procedures, but mistakes happen. We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for 90 days on all items purchased from an authorized seller of Sable Brew items located within the US. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or negligence. Returns and damages caused by misuse or non-household use are not covered within this policy and claim approval is purely at Sable Brew’s discretion. If your product arrives broken, you have 3 days from the receipt of the product to report breakage or errors in shipping.

How much do returns cost?

We offer free returns from the United States within 30 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee for approved returns. Please contact us before sending any products back so we can be on the lookout for it and credit your order as soon as we get it. Do not return items to our ship-from address, it is different from our return address.


What if I broke a part of what I bought? Do you have spares?

We have limited spare parts, so do please reach out to us so we can help and improve our products for the future!


Refund Notes

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:
We cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.


Warranty Information

Application of Warranty: 

Sable Brew is a professional brand, and as such, any Sable Brew guarantee/warranty coverage is only applicable with valid proof of purchase from an authorized Sable Brew distributor. The Sable Brew warranty WILL NOT apply to products purchased on Amazon.com without valid proof of purchase from an authorized Sable Brew distributor. 


Authorized Retailers:

Sable Brew products are ONLY sold through SableBrew.com and Amazon. Currently, the following sellers are the only entities permitted to distribute Sable Brew products on Amazon.com: Jump Boost

If you would like to initiate a warranty claim, please register your product here (hyperlink the word “here” and contact us at customerservice@sablebrew.com. In your message, please include your proof of purchase and a description and photos of the basis of your claim.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your warranty claim. We do not warranty against the traumatic breakage of Sable Brew products.
